Temporary and permanent systems need different delivery plans. Our hire service brings equipment and suppliers together for the event; installations start with the space and its operators. Both keep specification, budget and practical use at the centre of the brief.

In practice

Festivals, conferences, tours, activations and temporary venues can all use this service. We coordinate the package across suppliers and can provide on-site crew through the event and final load-out. Equipment choices follow the brief, with one team managing the supply and delivery.

In practice

We can show proposed lighting through plans and 3D visuals before installation. Programming connects the intended look with practical operation, whether that means an event lighting crew or staff selecting scenes in a bar, restaurant or venue.

Stages, roof systems, temporary structures, power and site infrastructure coordinated with the production. For permanent systems, we also plan racks, cable paths and technical spaces.

In practice

Stage layouts, supplier access and build schedules are coordinated with audio, lighting and video. We bring the appropriate specialist suppliers into the plan, oversee the build and manage breakdown. Installed infrastructure includes cable and network routes with documentation for handover.

The brief sets the scope. Design, sourcing and delivery follow one plan, with the appropriate crew and handover for an event or a permanent installation.

Brief and site review
Agree the brief, budget and timescales, then review the site, power, access and how people will use the space.
Design and specification
Develop practical options, drawings and system specifications with a clear proposal showing what is included.
Sourcing and coordination
Combine appropriate in-house stock with specialist suppliers, coordinating quotes, equipment, logistics and crews.
Delivery and handover
Install, programme and test the system. Support event operation through load-out, or commission a permanent installation and brief its operators.
